The AESF and the Pan American Esports Confederation ("PAMESCO") have entered into a historic cooperation agreement with the aim of improving the quality and professional governance of Esports between both organizations.
Since 2016, PAMESCO has been involved in the development of the Esports ecosystem. As part of the strategic agreement between AESF and PAMESCO, several key areas of cooperation have been identified, including advancing the Olympic Movement, Esports development, and Esports recognition.
Both parties will also collaborate to develop educational and training programs for athletes, coaches, and Esports professionals globally. The focus will include research cooperation aimed at enhancing the comprehension and quality of Esports.
AESF Director General, Sebastian Lau, expressed his excitement for the partnership saying, "As the leading Esports federation in Asia, the AESF is excited to collaborate with PAMESCO. Our partnership will foster greater collaboration between our organizations, creating a wide range of opportunities for the development of Esports in both regions.
