PAMESCO MINDSET AND ROLES

Create a standard for electronic sports and ensure that all national administrative entities promote Esports as a tool for training citizens in the professional, educational and social inclusion to have a better life

To create in an intuitive and organized way all regulation and legislation of the sport category that adds to the regular sport, a new way to carry out the sport in the digital era, responsibly and sustainably

Social and business responsibility, sustainability in business, valuation of the athlete of esports, formation of citizens and peaceful union and in the exchange of economic and social growth among all the members through esports

WHAT DO WE DO AND WHO DOES IT ALL

When an organization has a PRESIDENT and a CEO, the EVP is usually third in command, while the SVPs are the fourth in the chain of command. The Chairman of the Board acts like the connection between the Board and the President directly.

Presidency

Whichever titles are used in an organization, the president is the top person in command in an organization and has specific responsibilities depending on the needs of his or her organization. Presidents are expected to provide the overall leadership in an organization and they provide direction for the actions of all other employees

The president is responsible for strategy and operations management, whereas the CEO is tasked with deciding and pursuing the company mission, vision, and strategy, as well as maintaining the financial success of the business. Another main difference between the two roles are the level of hierarchy.

An executive vice president and a senior vice president serve a similar function in the structure of a business. The primary difference between the two involves strategic thinking and decisions. An EVP is often given the responsibility to make decisions for their department and their company.

Secretary-General the functions of maintaining the good standing and governance of all resolutions, projects and operations management and administration of our institutions and representing the presidency. They preside over the conference the day of, talk to advisors, meet people's concerns, manage the staff and their duties, and are there to make sure it goes smoothly.

The Chairman's main duties include chairing meetings of the Board of Directors, setting meeting agendas in conjunction with the Company Secretary, managing and providing leadership to the Board of Directors, and acting as a direct liaison between the Board and the Company's management, through the Chief Executive

The Board and Council and Senior Vice-presidents

The Board and Concil main duties include advising and discussing many different subjects at the meetings of the Board of Directors and Council, managing and providing support for the leadership of the Chariman.

The senior vice presidents (SVP) of an organization is generally the second or third in command. This depends on whether the person who is the president and the person who is the chief executive officer (CEO) have separate titles and roles. One of the main differentials of the role of a SVP is that the person who holds the position is also recognized as an officer of the company.

Commissions and Theme Councils

They are formed by groups of people who have knowledge of a certain area or areas for purposes, created to provide the category with the deepening of topics related to Esports and questions related to the professional exercise in the various socio-occupational fields in which the practitioners of this sport category inserted.

The Councils are institutional, plural, permanent, autonomous channels formed by representatives of civil society, whose attribution is to propose directives of PAMESCO's operational policies, to supervise them, and to deliberate on them, being management bodies linked to the executive level which must guarantee its permanence.
