Declaration of Rights and Responsibilities

This Statement of Rights and Responsibilities ( "Statement", "Terms" or "DDR") is based on the principles of PAMESCO and is the terms of service that govern our relationship with users and others who interact with PAMESCO and brands , products and services PAMESCO that do not have separate terms or that are linked to these terms, we call "PAMESCO services" or "services". By using or accessing the PAMESCO Services, you consent to this Statement, as updated from time to time in accordance with section 13 below. In addition, you can find resources at the end of this document to help you understand how PAMESCO works.

Once the PAMESCO provides a wide range of services, we may ask you to review and accept additional terms that apply to your interaction with an application, product or service. In the event of conflict of these additional terms with this DDR, the additional terms associated with the application, product or service prevail with respect to your use of the application, product or service limited to the conflict.

1. Privacy 
   
   Your privacy is very important to us. We prepare our Data Policy to disclose how you can use the PAMESCO to share with others and how we collect and can use your content and information. We recommend that you read the Data Policy and use it to make informed decisions. 
2. Sharing your information and content

9. You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on PAMESCO.
10. You will not collect content or user information, or access the PAMESCO, using automated means (such as bots collection, robots, spiders , or scrapers) without our prior permission.
11. You will not be part of illegal multilevel marketing like a pyramid scheme, in PAMESCO.
12. You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
13. You will not ask login information or will access an account belonging to someone else.
14. You will not bully, harass or practice bullying against any user.
15. You will not post content that contains hate speech, whether threatening or pornographic; incite violence; or contain nudity or gratuitous or graphic violence.
16. You will not develop or operate a third party application related to alcohol content, meetings or other mature content (including advertisements) without age-based restrictions appropriate.
17. You will not use the PAMESCO to practice any unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.
18. You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the function or appearance of PAMESCO suitable as a denial of service attack or interference with the processing of the page or another feature of PAMESCO.
19. You will not facilitate or encourage the violation of this Statement or our policies. 
20. Registration and Account Security 
    
    PAMESCO users provide their names and actual information, and we need your help to keep it that way. Here are some of the commitments you have entered into with us regarding registering and maintaining your account security.
21. You will not provide any false personal information on PAMESCO, or create an account for anyone other than you without permission.
22. You will not create more than one personal account.
23. If you deactivate your account, you should not create another without our permission.
24. You will not use your personal time line for their own commercial gain. For such purposes, use the PAMESCO Pages.
25. You will not use the PAMESCO if you are under 13 years.
26. You will not use the PAMESCO if you are a convicted sex offender.
27. You will keep your current and accurate contact information.
28. You will not share your password (or in the case of developers, your secret key), let anyone else access your account or will practice any act that might compromise the security of your account.
29. You will not transfer your account (including any page or application managed by you) to anyone without first getting our written permission.
30. If you select a similar username or identifier for your account or Page, we reserve the right to remove or retrieve this name or identifier if we consider appropriate (eg, when an owner of a trademark claim a username which has no relation to the user's real name). 
31. Protection of the rights of others 
    
    We respect the rights of third parties, and we expect you to do the same.
32. You do not publish content or will practice any act in PAMESCO that infringes or violates the rights of others or the law.
33. We can remove any content or information published by you in PAMESCO if we believe that it violates this Statement or our policies.

35. If we remove your content for infringing someone else 's copyright, and you believe we removed it by mistake, we will provide you the opportunity to appeal.
36. If you repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, we will disable your account when appropriate.
37. You will not use our copyrights, trademarks or any similar trademarks that may cause confusion, except as expressly authorized by our Usage Guidelines marks or with our prior written permission.

39. You shall not post identification documents or the confidential financial information in PAMESCO.

41. Mobile and other mobile devices
42. Currently, we provide our mobile services for free, but remember that fees and normal tax your service provider, such as text messaging rates still apply.

47. On advertisements and other commercial content provided or enhanced by PAMESCO 
    
    We aim to promote ads and other commercial or sponsored content that are important to our users and advertisers. To help us with this, you agree to the terms below.

51. Special provisions for advertisers

55. You will not attempt to modify, create derivative works from, decompile or try to extract source code unless expressly authorized under open source license or that express permission has been provided for us.

22. Special provisions apply to users outside the United States 
    
    We strive to create a global community with consistent standards for all, but we also strive to respect local laws. The following provisions apply to users and non-users who interact with PAMESCO outside the United States.
23. You agree to having your personal data transferred to and processed in the United States.
24. If you live in a country embargoed by the United States or part of the list of the US Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals you will not engage in commercial activities in PAMESCO (such as advertising and payments) or operate an application or site platform. You will not use PAMESCO if you are prohibited from receiving products, services or software originating in the United States.

26. Definitions

38. This Statement makes up the entire agreement between the parties with respect to PAMESCO and takes precedence over earlier agreements.
39. If any portion of this Statement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force.
40. If we fail to enforce any of this Statement, it will not be regarded as rights of abdication.
41. Corrections or waivers of rights of this Statement must be made in writing and signed by us.
42. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Statement to anyone else without our consent.
43. All of our rights and obligations under this Statement are freely assigned by us in connection with mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets, legal or other factor.
44. Nothing in this Declaration will prevent us from complying with the law.
45. This Statement does not confer rights that benefit third parties.
46. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
47. You must comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing the PAMESCO.
